Natalie Edmondson

Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist

I acknowledge the bravery that it takes to begin psychotherapy as the process can seem daunting and overwhelming. I understand how trauma impacts the brain and how it can shape the view of ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.

Solution: I utilize a self compassionate, empathetic, and supportive stance as I hold space with you along your healing journey. Our work together will encourage you to participate in self reflection, self awareness, and self acceptance.

Result: Of the utmost importance to me is developing a trusting therapeutic rapport as I support you in accessing your strengths, skills, and insights as you move towards a path of healing.
