Sarah Breedon

Registered Psychotherapist

Sometimes, you might feel like you have lost control in your life, whether that be at home, in your friendships and relationships, or in your work. It can be hard to be kind to yourself or your loved ones in these moments and you may feel stuck not knowing what to do next.

This is where I can help you put two hands back on the steering wheel of your life. You deserve peace, connection and calm. The loved ones in your life will also beneift from you feeling and functioning at your best.

I tailor my approach to meet your specific and individual needs. I meet you where you are at and move at your pace. I work from a trauma-informed lens.

My goal is to create a safe environment where we both feel comfortable showing up authentically. I bring kindness, humour, and curiosity into the relationship. I’m passionate about exploring the yearnings under your behaviours and finding productive ways to meet your needs, without judging the past or current coping tools.
